What I Learned by Eating “Clean”

Too many people today are struggling with their weight. It has become a major issue in the United States and around the world. In this article, I am going to be talking about my journey towards healthy weight loss. There are many different factors that contributed to me gaining a significant amount of weight in the first place such as overeating and not eating enough vegetables or fruits every day.

With that being said, there were also other things which helped me make progress on losing some of the extra pounds off my body too. One thing was exercising regularly by taking walks with friends or at gym for 30 minutes each day. Another helpful factor is following the clean eating diet plan where you only eat certain foods like fruit, veggies, lean meats and whole grains- without any processed food! You should know though that what works best for one person may not work well for another so it can really take some time until you find the perfect program.

This is the second post in a series about my journey to lose weight.
